"My boyfriend and I are relocating from North Carolina to Connecticut at the end of July, and we were looking for a State Farm agent to help make the transition as smooth as possible. From the very beginning, Joseph has been absolutely incredible!
He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and detail-oriented, taking the time to explain everything and making sure we understood each step of the process. Beyond that, he is genuinely personable, kind, and a pleasure to work with.
One thing that truly stood out was that when we were struggling to find DMV appointments to transfer our vehicle registration and driver's licenses, Joseph went above and beyond by trying to help us locate an appointment. That level of customer service and dedication is hard to find these days.
